    Chest pains
I am a 21 year old female. I am 190 pounds and 5'2". My family has a history of heart disease on both sides. My dads side of the family both my grandparents and all my uncles and aunts have some form of heart disease or problem. I do not smoke or drink or take any kind of medication. I have been having chest pains for the last couple of years. They seem to be right in the middle of my chest. They come on sudden and can last for a couple hours. When it starts it is a real sharp pain all of a sudden. It hurts to try and take a deep breath, to bend over, or to even move. The pain gradually lessens. What does it seem to be and what can I do to improve it.
