Pain in right side of body
Hi I'm new to this site, I'm 35 and normally quite active, for a few months now I've been experiencing pain in my right side of my body towards my back just at the bottom of my ribcage, the pains have come and gone and I was starting to think it was trapped wind but this time I've had them for about a week I cannot lean on my right side sitting or standing and if I move quick the pain is a lot sharper it does not hurt to lye on my right side but does if I want to turn over in bed can anyone give me adivce, painkillers don't seem to be working either :(
