    Dual capacitor
Dear friends, I have just changed a dual capacitor for my air con. But I found that one of the copper hose is hot and the other one is cold and wet. The temperature is not cold as it was especially the upper floor of my house, please help and advise, thank you... Larry

One of the copper is going from low to high pressure, the other from high to low pressure, and sounds fine that 1 is hot and the other cold.
Does the Compressor and fan kick in?
Does the outside unit blow out warm air?

You may check your filter, or remove filter and look up into the coils to see if clogged.
Vents closed? Maybe close vents a little where it is coldest.

I've changed the filter before I changed the capacitor. How do I know if the coil is clogged? N where the vent is located, sorry for these stupid questions since I am an amateur, thanks

Depends how the unit is mounted you may have to look up or sideways
The Filter is the last thing before the coils with aluminum fins. Air blows out the other side into the ductwork.
