    Change picture size on screen
    The picture I downloaded on my computer for the display screen is too large. How do I make it smaller?

    We need a lot more information before we can answer that question... most applications resize the image for display automatically.

Screen picture jumping up and down [ 2 Answers ]

Just like an OLD television, my screen is jumping up and down. I didn't know what Category in computers to go to and since I'm totally lost , technically challenged, I Thought maybe I could get a reply I could understand. Thanks to anyone who tries To help me.
