Cant get new seat to screw on in shower?
I am replacing hot and cold water handles, stems, and seats. I got the old seats out with no problem using hex wrenches. I installed the hot water seat without any problems, now I can't get the cold water seat even started? The hot and cold were the same make and size. Still can't get it screwing on?

Can you tell us the brand? Are you certain that this one valve is not a reverse thread? Lefty tighty.
