How to move cold air from one room to another
I live in a 500 sq. ft. one bedroom apartment and have an AC unit in the wall in the living room. The unit does an amazing job cooling down the living room and part of the hallway but as soon as you hit the corner before going into the bedroom it's like you hit a wall of heat! The cool air absolutely does not move from the living room into the bedroom. I can literally feel the line where the cold air stops and the hot air begins. I have tried fans in the hallway to move the air from one room to another, fans facing out in the bedroom window to pull the hot air out while cracking the window in the living room to create a circulation of air, closing the bathroom door to keep the cool air in the area I want it, but nothing works! The bedroom is unbelievably hot and in no way cools down. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

How about another window mounted air conditioner in the bedroom... these are not meant to be or designed to be window mounted central air conditioning units.

It's a postage stamp size apartment... it can be a small inexpensive one.
