Yamaha road star silverado 1600 cc only has 8k on it and was running great. Went to ride few days ago and it wouldn't start-bought a new battery and will just click a couple times then buzz down by the right floor board.

Any accurate information would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Verify good voltage at battery and monitor with meter, if it remains above 12 volts, then hook meter to starter solenoid and monitor voltage while cranking, if it remains high and doesn't crank, sounds like starter.
You could try tapping solenoid lightly while cranking.
Take safetys, neutral, others in mind.
