    Can your spouse get u for adultery after u ask for a divorce and has moved out of the house where he or she is living at

    ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

    Most areas now have no fault divorce laws. So you don't have to cite a reason. Also while adultery laws are still on the books they are rarely enforced.

    If the husband and wife are separated but still married, any sexual relationship either one of them has with a third person is still adultery.

    But, as ScottGem has indicated, divorce is "no fault", and criminal laws against adultery are rarely enforced, so it is unclear what you mean by "get you".
