    Judgement against bank account
I have a judgement against my personal account and my joint account, I signed my paycheck over to my wife and she deposited in her personal account. The bank took the funds from her personal account and transferred them to the joint account and then took the funds for the judgement. When my wife called they gave her the number of the bill collector and the bill collector stated they do not have a judgement against her. Can they just take funds from my wife's personal account to satisfy a judgment even though the judgement is not against her?
