    Mood swings
Im having a lot of problems with anger lately, like I put it into my own head my boyfriend cheated on me, and got so angry I hit him. I went mad at people on a bus for no reason because I think they were staring at me, it's a weird anger I get really hot and shakey after, I also can't sleep, I sleep about 3 4 hours most nights, I need to think of something to do like play play station go on face book or my phone, my head has been wreaked the last few months but lately with the anger I'v been worried. I get constant thoughts rushing threw my head also, kind of like talking to myself in my own head! I've been eating a lot latley to because I've been staying up so late and I'm gaining a lot of weight :( I don't think it's bipolar because I'm not depressed and don't want to kill myself, so I'm not sure what it could be, anyone have any ideas?

Diagnosis doesn't matter that much; many of them overlap and doctors often go by what medications work best. As for bipolar - you could be bipolar. You just haven't gone into a depression yet, and may not for a long time, or it may be very brief. Unfortunately getting mad at strangers for thinking they are staring at you can be a sign of something pretty serious, like schizophrenia, but bipolar people can get paranoid too, with all that heightened awareness and sensitivity. You should also have your hormones checked, including your thyroid. See a therapist who can prescribe, but if your insurance can afford it, ask for a referral to an endocrinologist too, or at least an MD who can run some tests. Do it soon before you hurt someone as well as get arrested.
