Why am I not getting hot water with a new pump?
My landlord installed a new hot water pump after I complained for 3 days that there was no hot water in any sink or shower in the townhouse. I also told him I hear water flowing behind my washing machine (which also has no hot water). It has been almost 2 weeks since we have been able to shower and I still don't have hot water anywhere except if I boil a pot of water for each person to wash up in the bathroom sink.

Hi angry and Welcome to The Plumbing Page. At AskMeHelpDesk.com.
Hot water pump! Do you live in the U.K. where cold water's stored in a tank in the loft and the hot water boiler's in the basement and has to be pumped up? I'm simply attempting to understand your situation before I answer. Back to you, Tom
