    Criminal Trespass 2nd degree
    What is the name of the charge criminal trespassing 2nd degree? Is it a felony or a misdemeanor?

    Names of crimes differ greatly by location. Each state in the US will have different names and requirements for various crimes. You can search your local and name of the crime. Also as in GA "trespass" is a name for theft under a specific amount.
