    Paternity for custody
    My son is 5months old but I'm not 100% sure who his father is. My ex signed the birth certificate but may not be the my sons dad and I told him that. Now he wants full custody. Can we get a DNA test before custody is established?

    Yes, you can petition the court as part of the custody hearing that a paternity test be done to establish paternity.
