    Husband is illegal
    My husband enter to the Unites States of America in 2003. He enter illegaly and we been maried for almost 3 years and we have a 18 month old baby. I am US Citizen and want to give him his residence. What can we do in this case? His from Guatemala.

    He needs to file papers for citizenship - here's the US Immigration site. USCIS Home Page

    He COULD be deported until his case is heard.

    I would hire an Attorney - this is a complicated case.

    You can't give him anything.. as JudyKayTee stated, he has to apply and he is going to have to qualify... and he still might end up deported anyway. And expect it to take years and cost a lot of money with no guarantees.

    No... Illegal is illegal... if he's 16 YOU might end up going to jail however.

    Often they have to return to their own nation while waiting for the immigration to decide. Have you considered moving to his nation with him.
