    1988 honda accord lx stalls while starting in am (after eleven hours of sitting)
    My 1988 Honda accord lx will start catch stall a few times while trying to start it in the morning after sitting for over eleven hours less time it is fine more time it is worse I replaced distributor cap (some oil inside) plugs engine compartment fuel filter too

    Have you replaced the fuel pump or fuel relay?

    Not yet just the PCV ,plugs distributor cap and rotor it only stalls after sitting a very long time the rest of the time it is fine only first thing in the morning after sitting at least 11 and 1/2 hours and there is oil in the distributor cap might do the relay but it as I said only first thing in the morning and I can see the oil dripping down the side of the block

    Isn't fuel pump hard to do and expensive?
