    Marriage headed towards faliure
I have been married 11 yrs. Been through a lot . But now my husband has this weird behavior. He is blowing up at the littlest things. My close friends are telling him stuff that I said when I was angry . Nothing I do anymore seems right. I want to save my marriage but don't know how. I feel like everyone I have is turning on me . :(

Sounds like you both have some problems with saying things in anger and not being able to take things back and make amends. You could benefit from an Anger Management class - that class would help both of you identify stressors, ways to deal with pressure, how to vent feelings positively, mutually come to a consensus in matters without using anger.

I would also suggest some coupes counseling - if you two cannot agree on that - then go yourself. Your husband blowing up at "the littlest things" is just the tip of the iceberg. You two have many sub issues going on and you both deserve to find out what exactly is festering and then apply knowledge to making the relationship work.

If neither of you can agree to work through the problems, then what is the point of staying together? You will have to say that there is an onus on you - you admitted here to saying things about your husband in anger. That has come back to you in a very negative way. Learning how to control the temper is not easy, but it can be done. It needs to be done for you and for him. Can only imagine your home being a battlefield during those times when the tempers take over.

Good luck to you and to your husband. Hope you two can work through your problems.
