    Can hydro ottawa invoice someone after 15 years
    Hydro ottawa sent us an invoice today dating back to 1995. How can they invoice someone after 15 years

    You owe it ? A debt does not stop being owed just because time goes by. The statue of limitation stops them from suing you but you still owe the money. They can bill you to the day you die, and then bill your estate.
    ** assuming you owe them the money.
