    Bug bite on my boyfriend
    I am wondering what I should do for my boyfriend. He's 28 years old and got bit by something on his lower left calf, has a low grade fever, is clammy and complaining that his left leg is locking up. He keeps telling me he does not need to go to the emergency room, but should I be taking him to the emergency room?

    Take him to the emergency room... there is something more than a simple bug bite going on here...

    Depending on where you are, this could be a Black Widow or a Recluse bite... I said it could be, not that it is BUT, why take the chance? He needs to get medical attention... now.

    I third that. He needs to be seen by a doctor right away.
