    Get rid of muffin top asap
    I am a 16 year old girl,4'11 & I weigh 110. I have really skinny legs but I have a huge muffin top. How can I get rid of my muffin top & what can I do about my legs, I also have big boobs, 34-C, I don't know if that helps, :b

    Go for a fun ever once in a while and try to stay away from pop and enything that doesn't have natural sugars... If you are on summer vacation (like me! :D) You could do my workout to stay in shape...

    In the morning I go for a run... however long I feel like running
    And then I come home and do 300 sit-ups... sounds like a lot but I split it up into 6 rounds (50)
    Then I do 50 push ups... usually like 5 at a ltime! :P Lol:)
    Then right before I go to bed I do 300 more situps:)

    This helps me stay in shape all summer and if you do sports and helps you during try outs... ALOT! :P And I ont know if you like your boobs or not but I heard exercise helps burn off boob fat... idk if its true... but I don't have ANY boobs what so ever soooo you! :P
