I'm going to need a bit of help with your post.

Let me see if I understood you correctly. You have tubes, a cervix, ovaries, but no uterus?

You know women without a uterus that have conceived and carried a baby to term?

This part I can't understand at all " i have pain in my femaile are an feet legs back breats an staying swollen"

This part is confusing as well "i need help now asap if i canbecome preganant can i do invetro with out hurting me an the baby what can i do an am i pregnant help asap please"

If you could write it a bit better so we can understand, we would be able to give some advice. But, as is, there's really nothing I can tell you because I really don't fully understand what you're asking.

I'll try with what I believe you are saying.

You could possibly experience an ectopic pregnancy, which most often is a pregnancy that occurs in one of the fallopian tubes. You would not be able to carry a baby to term this way, there simply is not enough room, and it would be very dangerous. These pregnancies need medical help to remove by about 7 weeks of pregnancy.

Very rarely a woman will have an ectopic pregnancy where she carries a baby other than in one of the tubes and outside the uterus, but this is rare and it would be extremely unlikely that the pregnancy could continue. If you think that you might be pregnant now, you need to see your doctor right away to find out.

Basically, if you do not have a uterus, you can not have a baby yourself. You could not do IVF either. You may have the option of using your eggs and your partner's sperm and having another woman carry your child for you.
