    Understanding my HSG [Hysterosalpingogram to evaluate Fallopian tubes and uterus]
    My hsg report says only only proximal parts of the follopian tubes are visualized with no early spilling not patent.

    No free flow of contrast material into the pelvic peritoneal cavity bilaterally,please tell me what is the problem and what is the treatment?

I had a laparoscopy yesterday and my doc said it was one of the worst cases he had seen, I was in surgery for 1 1/2 hrs and apparently I have a ton of scar tissue. I was injected with dye and my fallopian tubes are blocked. I have to have another surgery but am not sure what it is for I was loopy...

Both of my fallopian tubes are blocked because of scar tissue and a severe case of endometriosis. What procedures can be done to help unblock them? My doc wants me to consider invetro but I can't afford it. Is there anything that can be done?:confused:
