    Questions about obtaining a passport
    Applied for a passport, however, my name on my birth cerificate is in italian which I have never used, I got the american name on all my other documentsand it doesn't match the name on my birth certificate. Will I have a problem obtaining passport? If so, what will I have to do?

    Yes, you have to have your LEGAL name on a passport.
