    I have a water painting that carl weber drew, just want to know if worth anything

    If this is Carl Phillip Weber and his signature is quite legible on the painting then look it over well for wear spots, tears. Is it framed? Carl Weber is from around l850 and I think he died around l915, or so. I would have it appraised at an auction house and get a fair value on it that way.
