I see a small maple.. apx 2' high right next to my garage.. I mean less than a foot away. What shld I do... try to remove it... asphalt drive is next to it as is the slab for the garage. I wld like to transplant it. How.

You need to move it, as it grows to a 20 foot tree it will cause issues.

Cut it off, pour some undiluted roundup on the stump.findd another seedling in the fall and use that. Maples are notorious root issue trees..
