    Pain that won't go away and getting worse
    What is wrong with me if I have pelvic pain that also shots in the groin and I am throwing up.I have a history of ovarian cyst

    Perhaps you have another cyst. Since you are having symptoms it would be wise to see your doctor to determine what the cause might be.
