    My girlfriend violations her felony probation with dirty urine. She is in jail now how long would it take her to go to court

    Could be 3 weeks to a month before she has a hearing.

    Here in Georgia it often takes up to 2 months in some areas. The local court and how busy they are, have they had to cut back on staff due to budget cuts and so on.
