    Problems with landlord
    I lived in a basrmrnt apt for 3 years when it rains the water comes in they claim they fixed it but it happened three or more times when it happens they come out once and leave the water and mold for me to clean this time I told them I;m taking the $100 off the rent for clean up I did not charge for things I lost when I turned the recipt in with the rent I was told I could not do it

    Hello z:

    You can sue him for you losses in small claims court... But, then he'll evict you... Maybe you're better off finding a new place.
