    Problems with Landlord
Landlord has given me 4 weeks to vacate so his daughter that is experiencing a hardship move into my rented home. The landlord has now after 2 weeks of notification moved his motorhome onto the property and is living onsite. He also is repeatedly coming to my residence requesting rent be paid. I am on uneployment and my budget will not allow me to pay rent or I will become homeless. Please give me some advice to this matter.

Have you NOT paid the rent that you owe to him? And you do owe it to him for the entire period you reside there.

A rental is a legal contract... you both have legal obligations and responsibilities to each other. Personal issues matter not.

What state is this located in? Rental laws vary as do the Tenant and landlord rights.

In the US and behind on rent, you would not get 4 weeks, So what you need to do, is move out, find a local shelter,

The landlord is in business , not a charity to provide you free rent

I was on unemployment for 15 months. The first priority on my budget was keeping a roof over my head. Second was food. If you can't afford your rent, then you need to do more to generate income. Or move out. The only issue here is whether the landlord is given you the legal amount of time to vacate.
