    How do I stop smoking while pregnant?
    I need some tips on how to stop smoking because I'm pregnant. Any advice?

    I really didn't find it that hard. As soon as I found out, I just pictured that tiny fetus inside of me with a cigarette in its mouth, inhaling deeply, and that was enough to put me off smoking right away.

    Have you talked to your doctor about this? There are many stop smoking meds out there, but I doubt any of them are safe during pregnancy. You may just have to find the willpower to quit on your own.

    Good luck, I hope you manage to do it, it's so much better for baby, and you too. :)
