    Regency fans
I am installing two Regency fans, model number MX3. The instructions say to insert the antenna wire for the remote through the housing hub and leave it extended outside of the switch housing however there is another wire with a female end on it that fits the male end of the antenna wire. If I connect these, as it would appear that I should, I cannot extend the antenna wire outside the switch housing. These fans are 24 feet up so I must get it right the first time. I have emailed Regency but they will not respond. Can anyone help?
