Regency novel I can't find
The story is a typical regency romance; but then in a plot twist the girl gets kidnapped but the man thinks she ran away. She is being held hostage and is pregnant. I can't remember if she escapes or is let go but when she finally returns to her love she is almost ready to deliver and her love is contrite, so everything works out.
