Can the fbi still see a juv. Criminal recored with no arrest or fingerprints ?
So I'm going through the process of going in the marines, and they have a local background check and nothing came up. But, I was charged with a felony and went to juv. Court, I was never arrested or fingerprinted. This happened at 14 and after I had done my probation at 17 I had my records sealed. Can the FBI still see that? Eldorado county, California.

I need a criminal background check in which I have to pay for the fingerprints. I've had a fingerprint background check done in march this year through the fbi, it is now December do I have to pay to again for my fingerprints to be sent to the fbi, or do they already have them.
