    Criminal/legal advice needed
    I would like to know if it is possible for second time offenders to be eligible for the pre trial diversion program.. my first offense I was unaware this program existed and feel the counseling would have helped and prevented a second offense. The misdemeanors are for theft. I am a college student and want to straighten up and have a fair chance in life. 20 years old
