    Concerned
I had a miscarriage in Feb. I went ER and had a D&C done then an ultra sound. I was instructed to follow up with my OBGYN but never went because I felt I didn't need to. But now I'm unsure if I were to ever get pregnant again, if it will be unhealthy and cause another miscarriage just for not following up with my OBGYN. Is that possible to happen?

    Hi Lisapina17,

Since you haven't had any health concerns since that time, such as irregular bleeding for example, it is likely everything is fine.

It is not uncommon at all to be worried about another miscarriage. While no one can rule it out, most women will go on to have a healthy pregnancy and baby.

You could always set an appointment to speak to your doctor now and consider it a preconception visit. They can check that all is well so that you can have the peace of mind to try again when you are ready.

Okay, I am concerned about small bumps I have around my vaginal area. They do not hurt and are under the skin. They don't have any puss or aren't looking like pimples. I'm just concerned.
