    Car won't start
    Head lights come on but no power to the dash car is 98 accord lx

    . Remove and fully charge, or replace the battery.

    . Check all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter.

    . Check/replace the ignition switch for wear, pitting, or melting.
