    Real estate laws in Florida
My mother gave me a house she asked me to move from TN to Fl and if I would she would give me a house to help each other out. Now she said she didn't need my help every time I try to help she says I'm to busy. She says things like she didn't go to the doctor last month bacause I was to busy when I told her I could have gone she doesn't know what I'm talking about she didn't have an appointment. Now she says this is her property and she is sending a mortgage officer out next week sounds like she is going to sale the house. She told me she was giving me the house making sure she told me in front of two witinesses she wasn't giving anything away without witinesses. She never signed the house over to me. She said it was her property do I have any opitions or should I be looking for a place to live?
