    German law convicted felon immigrating
    Dear Sirs,
    I am inquiring regarding the marriage of convicted felon for child molestation in the united states.
    What are the laws regarding the marriage to a German citizen by a felon
    Including registration or reporting to local German authorities.
    Is German citizenship permitted by marriage to a German national for a convicted child molester?
    What and how do these circumstances affect Visa status if applicable?

    There are no laws stopping them from getting married, it is very unlikely they will be allowed visa to immigrate to the US
