I've turned the on/of switch & pulled the chord both ways but the blades on my craftmade ceiling fan is not spinning. What could be the problem?

Pull chains and switches all need power so we must start by testing for power at the switch. Do you have a tester, meter or test light?

Ok, I tested for power & double checked the switch. Still got nothing. Don't even hear a thing. The light fixture does come on however.

If you tested and got nothing, tester or meter may be bad, as light is working.
With no meter, you could turn that circuit off, verify the light went out.
Then connect the Black(fan) wire with the lights wire, turn on power, then if light is on, fan is getting power and if still not working it could be reverse switch is in the middle, or maybe the fan switch is not switching, you should hear a click when pulling chain.
