    I want to learn to put a tampon in
    I don't know how to put a tampon in I've tried and tried and I will start this week probley and I'm going to the beach with my friend Thursday and I don't know what to do if I start while I'm there any suggestions?

    If you're having trouble holding it in one hand, practice. Use one and practice holding the applicator with your thumb and middle finger while pushing the plunger part (I cannot, for the life of me, think of something better to call it) with your index finger. Do that without trying to actual insert the tampon, until you're comfortable with it. It can take a little time, and effort, but you can put the tampon back in the applicator, so you can reuse the same one to keep practicing.

    Does that make sense?
