    PVC flange 1" to high
I have a 3" PVC inside pipe flange with tile and concrete up to outside pipe. Is there a way of fixing this problem without cutting flange and tile and concrete or shimming toilet with large gap?

    Several options come to mind.
    1. Cut the PVC pipe and flange of flush with the floor.and Prime and glue in a 3" outside flange, **OR**
    2. You could platform the bowl and connect that way. What's your pleasure? Good luck, Tomn
