I have an L1-B visa and a B1-B2 visa. Can I resign from job and stay in the US?
Hi. I'm in the US through my company who sponsored an L1-B visa for me. I also have a valid B1-B2 visa. I am planning to resign from my company. Can I still stay in the US since I still hold another visa (B1-B2)? Does it automatically take effect if I resign from job with L1-B, (the B1-B2 visa) and I don't need to exit and enter the US again?
