    Resign on L1B Visa
I am having L1B visa, and staying in US for 1.5 years now. I want to resign the company and leave US in 15 days and not coming back to US for at least 1-2 years.

Can I resign in US itself or I need to go back to my origin country office and resing from there ?

Will it create any problem is relieving ? Do I get experience certificate from the company for 15 days notice period?

Once I resign, can my company revoke the visa and aks me to travel back ASAP and not accept resignation or any other complication?

FYI, My I-94 date is 1 years from now.

    Regards,

You can resign in the US. Generally, corporate clients will then have immigration counsel file a withdrawal of the visa petition. You have a "reasonable" amount of time to depart the U.S.

I don't understand your question regarding the "experience certificate" and "15 days notice period".
