I have a 3 HP Jacuzzi series D Centrifugal Pump- which gets air trapped in it ?
I have a Jacuzzi Centrifugal water pump which gets air trapped in it and produces steam. This happens about onnce a week. After I open the bleeder valve and let the air out it works fine. I removed the valve and installed an air check ( has a ball that lets air out but the ball floats up when water floats it up)
I still get air trapped . Is there a way to solve this problem.?

Are you saying the pump loses prime and then pumps air? Let me know, Tom
