    Moving with child
    I have a visition order for my daughter to see her dad its not permnent will I get in troble if I move out of state with my child?

    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    Yes. You have a court order that says the dad gets to see his daughter. If you do anything that interferes with that court order you will be guilty of contempt of court. The court may use that to transfer primary custody to the father.

    You need to go back to the court and present a case to allow you to move.
