    Moving with child
"Me and my ex-husband are german citizens living in the US. We have a daughter, she is 7 now. I divorced over 2 years ago and the judge granted me sole custody of her. He doesn't pay any child support nor comes to see her. He can but he chooses not to. He doesn't have any visitation rights granted through the court. It is up to me whether I let him. I would like to move to Argentina in 3 months and I need to know whether he could cause any problems? Because he is on her birth certificate that I will have to show while leaving the US and entering Argentina. Are they going to ask for his permission in order for her to leave the country? I need to know because I don't want to commit child kidnapping... Thank you very much

He never showed up to the divorce court I came there all by myself. He got served though. It was his choice.
I never asked for a child support because he is without a job all the time so I wouldn't get anything anyhow. He has been in this country for 10 years and doesn't know nothing about it. I know my rights but I don't think he does or cares. He cannot afford a lawyer, I paid for the divorce myself. He is just ignorant, he doesn't even know how she is doing in school. He has some work now so his excuse is work in order not to bother with his daughter, also he found a girlfriend. So he is too busy :)
