I have a spirt in my home that followed me from freeport Il to Avon Park Fl it showed up 5to10 days after moving in which was the first restful sleep I had in the 6 years the spirt has been with me.It only shows up at night when I go to bed it will start by walking on my bed,then it will wrap itself around my right foot and squeez until it hurts.It will mess with me until around4,5,or6 in the morning at which time I can get to sleep,I will sleep until 12,1,or2 pm what kind of spirt will follow you 1600 miles can some suggest wher I can get some help.

You'd be surprised how many different manifestations are really from just one spirit. Just because a spirit follows you does not mean it is a special kind. Spirits attach themselves to people quite often. Really you need to talk to a church about what is going on.
