    Can your ex. Wife put your name on her child's birth certificate she knows its not you
    My ex. Haven't seen in 2 yrs says she put my name on her child's birthcertificate because of thime of divorce . Separated Dec. 2010 divorced aug. 2011
    I believe its fraud . She should not be able to do it without my permission
    She knows its not my child it her new mans

    ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

    In most states, when a child is born to a married couple or one who was divorced within a certain time frame, then the husband is automatically presumed to be the legal father. So, it is possible that she was within her legal obligation to list you.

    However, you should have a window of time to challenge this and get your name off.
