    Dispute over front yard
    My landlord for my lot said I couldn't go in my front yard or drive my car across the grass I don't owe him any money and even improved the land for him can he say I can't do these things

    What does the lease say? In my area the Town doesn't allow cars parked on front lawns and I don't allow cars driven over the grass.

    So - why does the landlord have these rules and is there a lease?

    You said "lot" is this a trailer rental or what? What exactly are you renting, and what is the written terms.

    What part of red-neck country do you live in? It's the landlord's grass. Of course he can prohibit you from driving you car on it. *rolls eyes*
