Please, I am in need of help. My girlfriend and I have been together for 3 years now, and I have continuely struggle with lasting longer while having sex. I seem to climax roughly after 5 - 6 minutes. If even that. I feel horrible because she is always very understanding, and has to calm down. I try to be a good boyfriend and help her when we are done, but even then it's still hard to keep her excited. She also has a hard time with climaxing, and has actually never had an orgasm while having sex... between the both. This is killing our sex life. Tonight she even told me, "i wonder how it would feel to have longer sex."

I hate this. I need advice please!! I have tried looking stuff up online, and I've tried doing work outs.

First things first, A woman rarely orgasms during penetration. It is just seems to be the way it is. I actually read an interesting article that suggest that what we know as the female orgasm is just an evolutionally whoops. Kind of like some boy bits got mixed in with the girl bits. It is an interesting thought, but I am not sure I believe it.

A few things to consider here. The primary is more foreplay. A lot of sex starts hours before you take off your clothes. You got to get into her mind and start there. When the clothes come off you need more foreplay.Get her closer. Do fun stuff. Go down.

Depending 5-6 min is respectable for penetration. Just as you're not expecting a porn star, neither should she.

Also look at condoms. Maybe the ones with the numbing lube. Just make sure you put those on the right direction or it could get awkward.

As well she's being passive aggressive with comments like "I wonder how it would feel to have longer sex." Call her on that. That ain't cool.

Try to work on her first. Every so often change positions. Don't be penetrating fast. Do other things.
