    Do Judgments or liens have an expiration in Indiana?

    First, its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. So to avoid confusion I've moved your post to its own thread.

    A judgement has a term of 10 years. It can be extended, only by court order for another 10. After 20 years it has expired.

    A lien expires only when satisfied.
